Our aim is to provide quality service and advice.  If you have a complaint, comments or suggestions for improvement we want to hear about it.  We welcome your feedback.

For any complaints received we will:

  •  send you an acknowledgement within 5 working days;
  •  respond to your complaint within 15 working days.

If our Operations Manager is not able to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction you can take it further by raising the issue to the Company Director (Nicholas Powell) using the contact details listed above.
